Thanks for shopping with us, we hope you love your new pieces. As of July 6, 2020, please note a few changes we’ve made to our shipping and return policy. All purchases of full-price merchandise are eligible for free shipping. All purchases of sale merchandise totaling $99 or more are eligible for free shipping. If your purchase contains a sale and full-price item, you will receive free shipping. In the event you need to make a return, $5 will be subtracted from your return to cover the cost of shipping. If you have additional questions, our customer service team will be happy to help you
Once your order is verified and your credit is approved, your shipment will arrive according to the schedule below (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days). To follow this schedule, your order must also be placed before 11 a.m. Eastern time.For all delivery options, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for shipping to rural areas and an additional 2-4 business days for shipping to areas categorized as beyond points.

Track Your Orders

One of the many perks of having a registered account with ClubMonaco.ca is that you’ll be able to check the status of your orders. Simply go to View Order History under My Account. From there, click on any order number for complete order details, including the tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number will take you directly to the carrier’s website, where you can follow the progress of shipments. If you don't have a ClubMonaco.ca account yet, you can easily set one up at My Account. We promise it’ll make your life a whole lot easier.
You can also track your order by clicking on Track My Order. Simply enter the order number and zip code information to view the order details.
Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes your order won’t work out for you—and that’s not a problem. For your convenience, merchandise purchased at ClubMonaco.ca can be returned to any Club Monaco store in Canada, returns are not accepted in outlet stores, or sent back to us here within 30 days of purchase with an original receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment and a $5 fee will be deducted if you use the shipping label provided by Club Monaco. If you pay the return postage yourself, you will not be charged a fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Gift returns must be accompanied with a gift receipt or purchase validation within 30 days of purchase and will be credited back via store credit. If you have any questions at all, please call us at 1-888-733-6504 or email us at CustomerAssistanceCA@ClubMonaco.com.
We gladly accept merchandise for return, provided it:
- Is in new condition
- Has not been washed, worn, or altered
- Is accompanied by its original invoice
- Is returned according to the time restrictions in the policies below
Bodysuits, home, masks, grooming products, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or credit. If returned, these items will not be credited or returned to the customer. Hosiery will only be accepted if it’s returned in the original packaging.
Products Purchased Through Lyst, Shopspring.Com, Or Allume.Co: If your order was purchased online with Lyst, shopspring.com, or Allume.co, you cannot return the item or make an exchange in stores.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be sent back to the customer.

How to Return an Order by Mail
- Can’t get to a Club Monaco store? No problem. Click here to start your online return. Returns must follow the guidelines on our return policy. Only items purchased online can be returned by mail. Your credit card account will be credited once we process the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. We will also send you an email notification after your return has been processed.

Please note, after you’ve printed and shipped using the USPS return label, $5 will be deducted from your order refund. If you pay the return postage yourself, you will not be charged a fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable
- Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within two weeks of arriving at our distribution center. We will send you an email notification once your return has been processed. By using our prepaid return label, you can track the status of your return shipment through the Order Details page on ClubMonaco.ca. Please allow up to three days after you mail your return for tracking to be available.

Please note our regular return policy applies and you must have your invoice with you at the time of return. Returns cannot be made at department and specialty store locations. You can use the Store Locator on our website. Please note, orders placed using PayPal must be returned via UPS. PayPal returns cannot be processed in stores.
Changes to Orders

We are unable to make changes to an existing order. If you need to change an item, we recommend cancelling your order or returning upon receipt.

We will gladly make price adjustments on items that are purchased at the full retail price within seven days from the date on your invoice. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount are not eligible for further price adjustments.
Ordering and Payment
Using Your Shopping Bag

When you shop at ClubMonaco.ca and add an item to your bag, that item will be saved in your Shopping Bag. The Shopping Bag holds items you wish to purchase after you are done shopping. Items you place in your Shopping Bag will remain there until you purchase them, remove them, move them to your wish list, or they become out of stock. They will remain there even after you leave our site.
Your wish list allows you to save items that you're thinking about buying. This feature saves your selections even after you leave our site, making it easy to relocate and purchase your favorite items in the future. Please note a ClubMonaco.ca is required to utilize the wish list feature.
To move items from your Shopping Bag to your wish list, sign in with your ClubMonaco.ca login and password (you can get one here). If you leave the site and come back, you can still access your Wish List, but only by signing in with your login and password. Items will remain in your wish list unless you remove them or move them to your Shopping Bag, but placing items in your wish list does not guarantee availability.

Orders cannot be split between two forms of payment, with the exception of Club Monaco Gift Cards.
If a credit card is used on the order, the card will not be charged until the order ships. If a debit card or check is used, the funds will be deducted from your account immediately upon order placement.
To make ordering even easier, we can store your credit card information in your ClubMonaco.ca account once you register online. This information is secure and cannot be accessed by anyone other than the account holder. You can read our Privacy Notice just to be safe.
For added security, your billing address at ClubMonaco.ca must exactly match the address on file at your credit card company. Your order process may be delayed if these addresses are different.
*When using a Credit Card Gift Card (such as a Visa gift card, or any Credit Card Gift Card not associated with Club Monaco), the gift card must cover the full amount of the order.

We are pleased to offer students 15% off online and in stores.
To shop online, simple create a Club Monaco account with a valid .edu address and the discount will automatically apply at checkout.
To shop in stores, simply present your student ID at checkout in a Club Monaco store at the point of sale. The discount will be applied to your purchase.
The Student Discount offer is valid on full and sale-priced merchandise, but cannot be combined with any other offer. It is not valid on previously purchased merchandise or the purchase of gift cards, and cannot be redeemed for cash. This offer is not valid on handmade jewelry, fine jewelry, vintage, home, beauty, Collection, Club Monaco leather jackets, select shearling, or third-party products.
Sales Tax

We include applicable sales tax for all orders based on the shipping address. We will estimate the sales tax amount until your order has shipped and your shipping confirmation has been sent.
State and local governments require that we charge tax for items shipped to any state where there is a Club Monaco store, warehouse or contact center.

If we make a permanent price reduction on a product featured on ClubMonaco.ca, you are welcome to request reimbursement for the price difference within seven days of your ship date. We can make price adjustments on items purchased at the full retail price only. Promotional sale prices are not considered permanent price changes, so they are not included in this guarantee. If you’d like to receive credit for a price difference, call Customer Assistance at 1-888-733-6410.
We work hard to make sure that the prices on ClubMonaco.ca are accurate, but sometimes we make mistakes. If we’ve listed the incorrect price for a product, we have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless if the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged.

Can I send someone else to pick up my order?
Of course, no problem. Just make sure they have your confirmation email and order number.
Should I let the store know I’m on my way?
Yes, please! Call the store 30 minutes before your arrival and an associate will work out the details with you.
How long do I have to pick up my order?
Your order will be held at the store for seven days. If you don’t pick up your items, the order will be cancelled and you won’t be charged.

We offer gift packaging free of charge with most purchases at ClubMonaco.ca. All you have to do is select Make It A Gift during checkout. Each item will be packaged individually in a Club Monaco signature box. You can also choose to include a personalized message with your gift when you select this option. Your gift will include a receipt (excluding pricing information) for easy return. We do not sell our gift boxes, and we reserve the right to limit the number of gift box requests per order or per customer.

The following Club Monaco Gift Card Terms and Conditions (this “Agreement”) describe the terms and conditions that apply to use of Club Monaco Gift Cards and Virtual Gift Cards that are purchased in the United States, Canada or Puerto Rico at retail stores or online, or that are given in exchange for merchandise returned in certain circumstances (collectively “Cards”). This Agreement is between you, the Cardholder, and RL Finance B.V., a Netherlands affiliate of Club Monaco US, LLC (“Issuer”). By purchasing, accepting or using your Card, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with this Agreement, do not purchase, use or accept the Card. IMPORTANT: EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW (WHICH MAY INCLUDE THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC), this Agreement includes resolution of disputes by arbitration instead of in court and a class action waiver.

1. About Your Card. The Cards are issued by Issuer. Issuer is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Card program. Issuer is the sole legal obligor to the Cardholder; provided, however, that Issuer may assign its obligations with respect to the Card at any time, in which case such assignee shall become the Issuer and sole legal obligor to the Cardholder. Club Monaco US, LLC and its affiliates (other than Issuer) (collectively, “Club Monaco”) bear no responsibility or liability for any Cards, and you hereby knowingly release Club Monaco from any and all liability or claims of any nature whatsoever arising in connection with your Card. Cards can be purchased at participating Club Monaco stores or online at ClubMonaco.com or ClubMonaco.ca. Cards may also be provided to you in exchange for merchandise returned in certain circumstances. Cards cannot be purchased at a discount.

2. Not for resale. Card cannot be resold. Card is valid only if obtained at participating Club Monaco stores or online at ClubMonaco.com or ClubMonaco.ca. Card is not valid and will not be honored, and Issuer will not be liable, if obtained from unauthorized sellers or resellers, including through Internet auction sites.

3. Balance Inquiry. For balance inquiries, call 1-855-284-3911 or visit ClubMonaco.com/GiftCard. The balance you receive when inquiring over the telephone or online is an estimate only. In most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase, but there may be occasions when the balance adjustment is delayed. Please have your Card number available.

4. Expiration/Deactivation. Cards do not expire. No fees for inactivity or service fees apply. Issuer and Club Monaco reserve the right to refuse to honor any Card in the event of a disputed credit card charge, bounced check or other failure of consideration.

5. Redemption. Cards are redeemable up to balance only to purchase merchandise at participating Club Monaco stores in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico and online at ClubMonaco.com and ClubMonaco.ca. Card is issued in the currency of the country in which it was purchased. A currency exchange rate applies if the Card is redeemed in a different country. PIN is required for online redemptions. Cards are not debit or credit cards. Cards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, except as required by law. Cards are not redeemable to purchase another Card or towards previously purchased merchandise, and cannot be applied towards the payment of a credit account. Refunds for any return of merchandise purchased using the Card will be issued in the form of a Card. Use of Cards to purchase items for resale by you or any other person is prohibited. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to block purchases with Cards that we suspect may be placed by resellers or freight forwarders, that we suspect are fraudulent, or that otherwise violate this Agreement.

7. No Refunds. No refunds or exchanges are permitted with respect to Cards, except as required by law.

8. Lost, Damaged or Stolen Card. Safeguard your Card, as Card will not be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged or used without authorization, unless the Card is unused and you provide proof of purchase of the Card.

9. Online Purchases. If you purchase a Card online, the online Terms of Use will be applicable to your purchase. In the event of a conflict between the Terms of Use and these Gift Card Terms and Conditions, these Gift Card Terms and Conditions shall control.

10. MANDATORY BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW (WHICH MAY INCLUDE THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC), THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER CLAUSE APPLIES TO YOU. Please read this section carefully. It affects legal rights that you may otherwise have and requires individual final and binding arbitration of most disputes instead of resolution in court. DISPUTES Issuer, including its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, employees, predecessors in interest, successors and assigns, and you agree that any and all disputes or claims relating in any way to this Agreement and your use of the Card, including disputes concerning the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitration (“Disputes”), as well as questions as to the arbitrability of any and all Disputes, and even if the events giving rise to Disputes occurred before this Agreement became effective, will be resolved in a confidential and individual arbitration process, and not in court. Each of us agrees to give up our right to sue in court (except small claims court), our right to have our claims heard by a jury, and our right to participate in a class action or represent, in a class action or otherwise, anyone but ourselves. The only exceptions to this arbitration agreement are that (i) each of you and we retain the right to sue in small claims court and (ii) each of you and we may bring suit in court against the other to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights. This arbitration agreement evidences a transaction in interstate commerce, and thus the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”), 9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16, and federal arbitration law apply and govern the interpretation and enforcement of this agreement. There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including injunctive and declaratory relief or statutory damages), and must follow the terms of these Terms of Use as a court would. COMMENCING DISPUTES To begin an arbitration proceeding, you must send a letter requesting arbitration and describing your claim to our registered agent Corporation Service Company, 2711 Centerville Road, Wilmington, DE 19808. During the first 45 days after we receive your notice (the “Pre-Arbitration Period”), we may try to reach a settlement of the dispute. If we do not resolve the dispute ourselves within the Pre-Arbitration Period, you may commence arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted by Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. (“JAMS”), pursuant to the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules & Procedures effective July 1, 2014 (the “JAMS Rules”), as modified by this arbitration agreement. The JAMS Rules are available at http://www.jamsadr.com/rules-streamlined-arbitration/, www.adr.org or by calling 1-800-352-5267. Arbitration firms ordinarily charge fees to both sides to conduct arbitrations. In the event you commence arbitration for an amount less than $10,000, after we receive notice that you have done so, we will reimburse you for your payment of this filing fee and we will pay JAMS any case management fees associated with the arbitration and the professional fees for the arbitrator’s services, pursuant to the JAMS Rules. We will not seek to recover the filing fee we reimbursed to you unless the arbitrator determines that you brought your claim frivolously or for an improper purpose. Each of us may incur attorneys’ fees during the arbitration. Each of us will bear our own attorneys’ fees, except in the following circumstances. If applicable law permits a prevailing party to recover attorneys’ fees, the prevailing party may seek fees as applicable law permits. If applicable law does not permit a prevailing party to recover its attorneys’ fees, but you prevail in the arbitration and win an award at least 25% greater than our highest pre-arbitration settlement offer, then we will pay your reasonable attorneys’ fees for time reasonably expended at rates that prevail for attorneys in your home county, in an amount not to exceed the greater of $10,000 or 20% of the arbitrator’s damages award to you. If we prevail in the arbitration, we will seek to recover our reasonable attorneys’ fees and reimbursement of arbitration costs only if applicable law permits a prevailing party to seek fees or if the arbitrator finds that you brought a claim frivolously or for an improper purpose and applicable law does not preclude us from seeking our fees and costs. THE ARBITRATION The arbitration will be conducted by one neutral arbitrator selected with the participation and involvement of both parties pursuant to the JAMS Rules. If your claim is for $10,000 or less, we agree, pursuant to the JAMS Rules, that the dispute should be resolved solely on the basis of documents submitted to the arbitrator or through a non-appearance based telephonic hearing, unless the arbitrator requests otherwise. Any in-person hearing for a claim of less than $10,000 will be conducted in your hometown area. If your claim is for more than $10,000, the manner and place of the hearing will be determined in accordance with the JAMS Rules. Regardless of how the arbitration proceeds, the arbitrator shall issue a reasoned written decision sufficient to explain his or her findings and conclusions. The arbitrator’s decision and award are final and binding, subject only to the limited court review permitted under the FAA, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. CLASS ACTION WAIVER; NO CONSOLIDATION OF ARBITRAL CLAIMS You and we agree that the arbitrator may award declaratory or injunctive relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to provide relief warranted by that party's individual claim. The arbitrator may not order us to pay any monies to or take any actions with respect to persons other than you, unless we explicitly consent in advance, after an arbitrator is selected, to permit the arbitrator to enter such an order. YOU AND WE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR OUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE OR MULTI-CLAIMANT PROCEEDING. Further, unless we both agree in writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate other persons’ claims with yours or ours, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative, multi-claimant or class arbitration proceeding. If a court decides that applicable law precludes enforcement of any of this paragraph’s limitations as to a particular claim for relief, then that claim (and only that claim) shall be severed from the arbitration and may be brought in court. If a court decides that applicable law precludes enforcement of any other provision in this Agreement, then such provision shall be modified or restricted to the extent and in the manner necessary to render it valid, legal, and enforceable. If such provision cannot be so modified or restricted, it shall be excised from this Agreement without affecting the validity, legality or enforceability of the remainder of this Agreement, which shall be fully enforced. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration we each waive any right to a jury trial.

11. Limitation of Liability. THE LAWS OF CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS, INCLUDING QUEBEC, DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OR CERTAIN DAMAGES OR LEGAL WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS OR REPRESENTATIONS. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE BELOW EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS. ISSUER AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO CARDS INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT THAT A CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH CARD.

12. Governing Law. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW (WHICH MAY INCLUDE THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC), the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, shall govern this Agreement and use of your Card.

13. Changes to Agreement. Issuer reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time in its discretion. When any changes are made, Issuer will post the revised version of this Agreement at ClubMonaco.com/GiftCard.

14. Fraud. Issuer and Club Monaco reserve the right to refuse to honor a Card where they suspect that the Card was obtained fraudulently.

Your Address Book

When you register with ClubMonaco.ca, you will have the option to create your own address book. This feature allows you to store not only your own billing and shipping information, but also the names and addresses of people you frequently send gifts to. It's easy to add, change or delete information from your address list at any time.
The information that you store in your address list is for your use only. Club Monaco will not contact anyone listed unless we have a specific communication about a delivery.
Although we allow you to add international addresses to your address book, we do not ship outside of the United States. The international billing feature is designed for our international customers who frequently send gifts to the United States or who maintain United States residences. We do, however, have Club Monaco stores all over the world. Please use Our Stores to find the store nearest you.
Storing Credit Card Information on Your Account

When you register at ClubMonaco.ca, you’ll be able to securely store a credit card number in your account for easy shopping and checkout. Though we can’t ship outside of the United States when you order from the US site, or outside of Canada when you order from the Canadian site, you can still store any credit card. All credit cards stored on ClubMonaco.ca are encrypted for user protection so that no one—including anyone working for our customer assistance and information technology centers—will be able to access your credit card number.
Once you make a purchase from our site, the credit card you use at checkout can be stored for you in your User Profile. You will be able to delete your credit card information, but you won’t be able to make changes to it once it’s stored. To read our Privacy Policy, click here.
Tracking Your Orders and Order History

Once your order is placed, you will receive an initial confirmation email. We’ll send a second email when your order ships, containing the tracking number.
You can check your order status in the Order History area of My Account or the Track Your Orders option. Your Order History lists the current status of pending orders.

Shipping Status
One of the many perks of having a registered account on ClubMonaco.ca is that you can check the status of your orders. Simply go to View Order History under My Account. From there, click on any order number for complete order details, including the tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number will take you directly to the delivery carrier's website, where you can follow the progress of your shipment(s).
If you do not have a ClubMonaco.ca account yet, you can easily set one up under My Account. You also can track an order by clicking on Track My Order. Simply enter the order number and zip code to view the shipping details.

Alterations in Club Monaco Stores

We understand that fit is just as important as design, so we offer complimentary basic alterations on regular-price merchandise purchased in our stores and online. All alterations must be requested in a Club Monaco store. Items purchased online must be accompanied by the shipping invoice to show proof of purchase. A basic alteration is defined as shortening an existing simple hem on pants and skirts. Altered merchandise cannot be returned and may take up to 10 days to complete. Use a fabric tape measure to find your measurements, and then follow our guidelines to make sure you’re ordering the right size. When you take your measurements, try to wear little or no clothing to get the most accurate reading.
Waist
Waist Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.
Hips
Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Chest
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest or bust, including your shoulder blades, then drop your arms to your sides to measure.
Inseam
With the appropriate shoes on, measure from your crotch to your desired pant length
