We're Updating Our Gift Card Experience!
We're excited to announce that we are switching to a new gift card provider to offer you a better shopping experience. Below, you'll find answers to common questions regarding this transition. If you have additional questions, our customer service team is happy to assist you.
General Gift Card Questions
Q: What is changing with the gift cards?
A: We are transitioning to a new gift card vendor to enhance your experience with more features and improved usability. Your current gift cards will still be valid, and we’ll guide you through any necessary steps to ensure a smooth transition.
Q: Will my current gift card still work?
A: Yes! Existing gift cards will continue to work as usual. However, if you experience any issues, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Q: When will the new gift cards be available?
A: The new gift cards will be available starting April 18, 2025. After this date, all new purchases will be issued through our updated system.
Q: Will there be any changes to how I can purchase a gift card?
A: We are in the process of updating our site to sell gift cards online. At this time we can only offer gift card purchases in store or by calling customer service.
Using Your Gift Card
Q: Can I still use my existing gift card balance?
A: Absolutely! Your remaining balance will remain intact and can be used for purchases as usual.
Q: How do I check my gift card balance?
A: You can check your balance online HERE or by reaching out to our customer service team.
Q: Can I use my gift card both online and in-store?
A: Yes! Our gift cards are valid for both online and in-store purchases.
Transition Concerns
Q: I’m experiencing issues with my gift card during the transition. What should I do?
A: We apologize for any inconvenience. Please reach out to our customer service team at 1 (888) 733-6410 and they’ll be happy to assist you.
Q: Will there be any downtime during the transition?
A: We are working to ensure a seamless transition with minimal disruptions. However, in the unlikely event of downtime, we recommend trying again later or contacting our support team.
Q: I can’t use my current gift card online? Can I transfer my balance to a new gift card?
A: If you'd prefer to transition to our new gift card format, please contact our support team, and we can assist with transferring your balance.
