Never received the blazer

Club Monaco held the money for 2 week and do not send the blazer to you. Even though online stock shows this item still available when you ordered it. And you received an email saying: “ unfortunately your order was cancelled”. It happened twice to me. It was very disappointing! Club Monaco should fix their online ordering system to avoid this kind of bad customers experience.
