The quality, color, and length are all fabulous. The neck opening is WAY too small and uncomfortable.

The quality is fine, but it’s an odd length. It’s too short to stay tucked in, but doesn’t look super flattering left untucked given where it hits.

Great top but I miss your stores .

I actually wrote to the office that I bought two - one in grey and one in blue and the blue one practically choked me - so tight around the next. The grey one is perfectly. I am wondering how to get a large neck width or larger size.

To short

Unfortunately the very good looking top has a major flaw. It is so tight around the neck that it is VERY hard/close to impossible to pull on over my head (which, if anything is on the small side!) I would actually like to return it but I was already charged $8 for shipping to return/exchange a grey one - the store in my area was suddenly closed when I went to Short Hills to return it. (The agent I spoke with on the phone was kind enough to wave the restock $8 since the store suddenly was closed and there is no alternative nearby. However, I have not seen that refund yet.) In addition I had to pay $8 to have the blue one shipped to me as a medium was not available in the store the day I bought it. And it would cost me $16 more to restock and ship the blue to return it. Very unhappy with your business model!!

Didnt like it , the neck its very tight, its difficult to get ithe head in.

Love these lightweight turtlenecks-have them in several colours. Cropped but not too short

Darker grey than in the photo. I usually wear XS for tops but bought S. Glad I did.

Too boxy for my shape.

While it starts off soft and lovely, the fabric is very fragile. I only washed in cold and hang to dry, but the fabric has pilled and the top shrank. Very disappointing.

This top is ok, if you can get your head through the neck hole. It actually feels more like a sweatshirt than a knit sweater. Crop is nice length. I wanted it to be more fitted so I sized down to an xs. I’m a C cup and usually take a S or M.

The feel, the look, and the quality are all great. I love that it’s not too long.

I bought this last Christmas. The neck is really really tight and I feel like I am chocking myself every time I try to get out of this sweater. I do like the style, but getting into and out of it is very unpleasant.

I am so sad because I loved how this top fit, how comfortable it is, everything, i even bought 2 different colours...until I washed it. As per the recommendation on the tag, I washed it in cold water and then hang dry..even then it shrank a lot and became super tight to the point it is unwearable. You could argue it can become a fitted shirt now but since it's high neck, it hurts the neck now that it's so tight. Basically I fell in love, only to be crushed.

Love this shirt. However I wish I had dry cleaned. It didn’t wash well for me. Could be my error- but I did hand wash and it shrunk on me.

I absolutely loved the fit of this top when I first got it. However, after one wash, the top shrank so much, that it was unwearable. It started out almost loose, and after one wash, it was skin tight. However, as it is not a stretchy material, it is unwearable. I was so disappointed because I LOVED the fit so much when I first got it, and I paid full price, and only got 1 or 2 wears out of it. Fast forward a few months, I saw the sweater was majorly on sale. Because I'm a fool, I decided to buy the top again, but size up this time, assuming it would be ok. Silly me, the same thing happened -- top completely shrunk, and although it is not quite as skin tight, it is still too tight that it is unwearable.. If you do decide to get this top, you must size up at least 2 sizes, because it will shrink more than 2 sizes when you wash it. I have never, ever, experienced a top shrink as much as this one.

I do not understand why this does not have closer to 5 stars. I love this top. Could never wrinkle with the fabric, it is super soft and looks very sleek. My favorite and now buying another color!
