Horrible Customer Service!

I ordered this in early November along with several other items. My order never arrived. I followed up 9 times and was told to wait. A month and 1/2 later, my order was cancelled. I told customer service I didn't want to cancel my order. They did not care. I will never order from Club Monaco again!

Never got the package

Never received the package. Had to text and call several time to find out what was going on. The customer service email isn't working. After 5 contacts I was finally told that the package got lost. I didn't have a good experience with Club Monaco compare to other brands who offer a great customer service.
