Disappointing service

Very disappointed. Ordered the cashmere sweater and matching skirt. The skirt arrived, but you cancelled my order for the sweater, but only after a 2+ week wait.

Never received this item

I never received the item I purchased, and the tracking status consistently showed “Label Created” with no updates indicating the item was picked up for shipping. Despite this, my credit card was charged.
I reached out via email four times to request a refund but did not receive a resolution. After several weeks of waiting, I had to call customer service directly to finally get the refund processed.
I wanted to bring this matter to your attention, as this has been a frustrating experience, and I hope steps will be taken to prevent such delays and miscommunication in the future.

Pills quickly

Beautiful but not holding up. Pilling after about five wears. Value and price don’t match-this is with $100 at best. Horrified that my husband paid $300 for this level of quality.

Always love cashmere from Club Monaco. Nice and so soft, however I am quite happy to buy the cropped one because My height 5 feet 2. It is perfect for any occasions.
