Customers appreciate the polo's quality and style, with "great quality" fabric and fit around chest and waist. However, concerns include sunscreen staining the collar yellow after one wear, long sleeves that may require tailoring for shorter customers, and shirt length extending past the hips when untucked. Delivery issues were also reported.
Please be aware if ordering the navy color. The color is not as shown in the photo. It is more of a royal blue. Customer service will not help you get the correct color because they do not know what is going on. They had me return the order and reorder again. Both times the color was royal blue but the tag said navy. They tried to charge me processing and shipping fees to return both orders although there was no fault on my end. Beware of the customer service if you do not have a store nearby. Very frustrating!

While a great style, the shirt I wore one time was ruined by wearing sunscreen on my neck.
I wore it 1 (one) time with sunscreen on my neck and the entire inside of the collar turned yellow.
The company policy does not allow for a return in this situation, which is a shame given I purchased it 2 weeks ago and wore it one time.
Given the time of year this type of clothing would be worn, you would think sunscreen would be accounted for in the dye selection process.

I never got my $700 order, they took my money and never sent me an email. I’ve been reaching out for weeks and no response.
. I am reaching out to express my extreme disappointment with the level of service I have received regarding my recent order.
On April 26th, I placed an order with Club Monaco with high hopes of receiving it in time for my brother's birthday. Unfortunately, it is now well past the expected delivery date, and I have yet to receive any update or information regarding the whereabouts of my order.
This situation has not only caused me inconvenience but has also tarnished the excitement and anticipation I had for my brother's special day. As a loyal customer, I expected better from Club Monaco, especially in terms of customer service and order fulfillment.
It is disheartening to feel like my concerns are being overlooked and that there is a lack of care for customers who rely on timely deliveries for important occasions.
Looks great in black, feels like a quality polo. Be aware the sleeves are long and if you’re under ~6”, they may go over the peak of your biceps (can be taken to a tailor to shorten sleeves).
Love the sizing around the chest and waist and arms, and it has a beautiful colour. I also enjoy that it's mostly cotton material. My only feedback is that the shirt is very long. It's nice for when you want it tucked in, but if you want it untucked it's a bit too long for my liking (I got the xs - I'm 5'6" and the length goes past my butt).
The fit is perfect, fabric is perfect! i wasn't too sure about the button-less collar, but I LOVE IT!!! This polo is so ewasy to dress UP and DOWN. Already looking to buy another colour.
I like the look and feel of this polo shirt. A different collar is nice and the fabric is comfortable . I wish they were in stock at local stores . But overall , a nice shirt. I would buy it again.
