OK jacket, impossible to return

The coat itself is okay - a bit too floppy and unstructured for my liking. The problem is in trying to return this. I have been trying to return this piece for several weeks. CM's automated system is not working and when I e-mail customer service I am instantly given an auto-response about how to initiate a return using the automated system (which is broken). In a couple instances, customer service has responded to me noting that the return system is down (which is why I wrote to them in the first place) but with no further instructions. It has been weeks of this.
