Don't buy, not in stock

Don't bother buying this coat because you won't get it. I waited two weeks AFTER my order went through to be told that its no longer in stock and the order has been cancelled. Look at the other reviews for similar experiences. Club Monaco has the worst site/inventory system.

Logistics needs work

They accept orders and then cancel them when they are not in stock. Work on you logistics! Do not sell stock that is not available!

Terrible customer service.

I called 2min after ordering because I picked the wrong size by accident. Their so called help line says apparently it is their policy you have to wait for an order that hasn't even been processed, to be shipped so you can deal with the exchange afterwards, absolutely ridiculous.
