Poor customer service

Item never arrived and trying to get club Monaco to take accountability for merch that didn’t arrive was nothing short of a disaster to get a refund.

Good for value. I think I meant to buy the black shirt with white stripes but oh well. I like the fabric. I sized down for a slimmer fit, I wish it was a little longer in the hip.

Wrong item delivered, no reply from customer servi

I ordered the stripped shirt but received the white. I’ve sent 2 emails to try and have the error corrected and still have not heard back. Very disappointed in the customer service.

I usually wear S in Club Monaco. 5'4 (115 lb) I got 2 Small striped Bowee Tees during the Covid. The size is even smaller than XS compared with the same Bowee Tee solid color I got later. I can't return it since it was not convenient to return in Covid. Have to donate them as it's a waste of money.

Very nice tee!

Very comfy, and the oatmeal color is wonderful. Machine washed for several times, still in a great condition. My only advice is to size up when you order. I usually wear XXS P but have to order S for this tee. XS also works but a bit tight.
