WHERE IS MY REFUND

I have been waiting MONTHS for my refund. I have called CM multiple times about this and keep getting asked to wait longer. These items were returned back in JULY. Never in years of online ordering have I experienced such a hellish ordeal.

This absolutely will have been my last order with Club Monaco.

Sloppy after a few wears

The collar and sleeves lose shape after a few wears and begin to look sloppy. For this reason I won’t buy T-shirt’s or long sleeves from CM again.

Does the collar hold its shape?

Williams Long Sleeve Crew - out of the packet it looks great and fits well. Soft and comfortable. I was told by a family member however to expect that the collar will lose its shape in short order and that he switched brands of long sleeve plain t-shirt because of it. The jury is not out.

One problem shirt out of 3

Bought these for my husband. 2 of them are great but one has a hole in the shoulder and plastic string poking out? I’d like to exchange that one because he loves these shirts

Inconsistent with size

Agreed with one of the other reviews where the sizing depends on the colour. I purchased 1 white xs and 1 black xs and the black Ls Williams tee is wider and the arm sleeves are also longer than the white Williams tee. I'm confused as to why two xs of the same shirts are different sized..

Previous version was better

I've been buying Club Monaco Williams tees for the last 5 years - they were consistently sized and my go-to for their great fit and quality for the price. This past year they've been replaced with a thinner and less soft cotton that stretches and loses its shape, and the fits are inconsistent depending on the colour. I'm a big fan of most CM products so I'm disappointed to take these tees off my list.

COLORFASTNESS ISSUE!

I bought 2 of these in colors Tan and Black and both had the colors faded and changed around the neck. Very disappointed. Should be compensated for this as these are not wearable.
